Great purchasing experience. Having shipped guitars myself, I can say that this was well packaged for shipping. The original listing/sale said it would be UPS. Seller initiated shipping with FedEx, but was quick to accommodate my request for UPS. Cancelled FedEx and took care of it. Listing was a perfect representation of the instrument.
