The didn't tell me they were running a little late, until after I cancelled the original order. Anyway, they offered to sell me the completed guitar at a discount price and send it out to me. I took them up on it and ordered it again. I got the item , shipped from China, in ONE WEEK!!! So very pleased with their efforts - I only suggest more communication 4 future clients.
