Guitar delivered to the UK with no import duties/charges. It was well packed. The tracking didn't update regularly but I don't think that's the seller's fault. The guitar was built & dispatched in under a month. The seller responded quickly to all my messages in a professional manner. There were a couple of issues including marks under the varnish on the side of the guitar & the seller agreed a fair partial refund which I've now received. Inexpensive hardware. I would buy another in the future.

Worst experience ever. Bought guitar in June, constant excuses from seller, had to get eBay involved & then seller wouldn't send. Had to cancel order and re-buy. Followed tracking & it went round in circles. Communication terrible. Eventually arrived in October, 5 months from purchase. Not up to the standard described. Not worth the money at all. I can't be bothered returning it. Had enough hassle with it. I'll just put it down to bad experience. Do yourself favour & Avoid this seller.
