The sad truth is . that many left handed basses, even expensive ones use right handed pots! Why? Because most companies are to cheap to install the proper left handed pots that only cost a few dollars more. They also don't want to be bothered with the cost of reverse wiring for such a small percentage of the market. So what you might have is a great playing lefty with right handed electronics on board. I??ve managed to source another lefty JB62 in 3 Tone Sunburst. This is a fairly faithful reissue of an early 60??s Jazz Bass, complete with copper earthing strip between the bridge and bridge pickup. This one has only very light play wear and a few light marks, but overall in excellent shape. The strings are pretty old and have some corrosion - I don??t usually swap out bass strings as some folks like them old and dull.

Here is a scarce Fender Japan Left-Handed ??62 RI Fender Jazz Bass in Three Tone Sunburst. It??s an old CIJ Q-Serial putting the build date between 2002-2004. Its??a great looking bass with some really nice rosewood streaks in the fingerboard (pics) and maple patterns on the headstock and neck. There are some bumps and scrapes on the back and edges but overall in nice condition with a deep shine. Neck is straight, truss rod fine, plenty of life in the frets.
